1.What are the payment options?

We are currently accepting payment via Online Banking (BillPlz), Bank Transfer & Maybank QR Pay for domestic orders & PayPal for domestic and international orders.

2. Can I modify or cancel my order?

We are processing the orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Therefore, it is impossible to cancel your order as it has undergone processing.

If you wish to cancel or make any similarly (very) urgent request, please contact us via Whatsapp within two (2) hours of placing your order. However, we cannot make any changes once your order has been shipped or during peak seasons. We cannot guarantee these requests will always be accommodated.

3. How long does the delivery usually takes?

All The Fitree Scarves orders will be shipped from Johor Bahru, Malaysia and will be fulfilled within 1-3 working days. Once it has been processed, a confirmation email along with your parcel's tracking number will be sent to your email address.

Standard domestic shipping via J&T Express. Estimated time to arrive within:

1-3 working days (West Malaysia) & 3-5 working days (East Malaysia).

     

International shipping via Teleport or Janio Express. Estimated time to arrive within:

14-28 working days depending on the country.

4. I've received my parcel but I got defect items. What should I do?

Oh no! We've done our best to give the order to you in a perfect condition, but we understand that mistakes can happen. Regarding this issue, you can refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

You may be required to provide photos of the products received. We will gladly assist you with any issues regarding your order.
