RETURN & REFUND POLICY
*Please note that returns are only valid for defected items only. In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with any items you purchase,
do consider this things for your referral of Return & Refund Policy:
- All items must be returned in UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED, UNDAMAGED condition with ALL TAGS ATTACHED & in it's ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
- All returns must be posted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- If items are returned (including faulty items) without abiding by the above terms (1. & 2.), they will not be accepted.
- The costs of shipping the item(s) back to us is / are borne by the buyer.
- Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Please note that discrepancies may be found in the colour of the item(s) due to computer screen settings and studio lighting. TheFitreeScarves portrays all items as accurately as possible. Any returns due to colour discrepancies will not be accepted.
- All items are not ironed before being shipped to customers. Products that have creases on them are not deemed as faulty.
- All returns will be processed by the Returns Department, up to 5 working days from the date we receive the parcel.
- TheFitreeScarves is not liable for our items that are purchased from a third party merchant.
- All unclaimed parcels are forfeited 60 days after a notification email is sent.
